The Job

As a Business Development Executive for the Rental+ product service line, you will work closely with our highly experienced Sales Team to effectively build a pipeline of quality sales opportunities. You will be reaching out to market-leading customers in the UK through various channels, including email sequencing and cold calling.

You will also be involved with targeted research, to understand the market and potential customer bases, as well as managing market-leading lead generation systems to maximise outbound activity.

This is the perfect opportunity to begin your sales career in a global organisation; we are open to experienced sales professionals as well as highly driven individuals with the right attitude. Full training and ongoing guidance will be provided, as well as guaranteed commission for the first six months to allow a scale to competency.

Experience & Qualifications

  • High energy and a solid work ethic;
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal with strong influencing skills;
  • Experience of working successfully in a busy and diverse environment would be highly beneficial;
  • Great listening skills;
  • Demonstrable computer literacy, with experience of working with MS package;
  • Confidence and capability to engage with executives at all levels;
  • Excellent organisational and time management capability;
  • Experience and evidence of consistently meeting set activity KPIs;
  • Experience in a similar lead generation or inside sales position is highly desirable but not essential.
