Business Development Executive

Entry-Level | Hybrid

£28,000 + £10,000 OTE, uncapped commission

Our client are a fast growing software and tech company, specialising in providing Cloud based services to businesses across the UK. Due to their consistent and significant growth, they are looking for a new team of ambitious candidates who can continue to drive the business forward and support their growth plans. The Role

This is a training-led, entry-level Business Development Executive role designed to give you a strong foundation in client relationships, software solutions, and commercial skills. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

  • Acting as a brand ambassador, sharing your deep understanding of the clients value proposition and award-winning solution.
  • Use all available tools (phone, email, LinkedIn) to promote the clients proposition, educating and recommending their solutions.
  • Identify, research and proactively reach out to potential clients, engaging with them to understand their needs and challenges through consultative questioning.
  • Achieve monthly sales KPI’s by making calls, sending tailored emails and booking meetings.
  • Setting up and supporting calls for the business development team to drive the sales process and onboard new customers.

About You

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is at an early stage in their career or a recent graduate
  • Enjoys communicating with people over phone or online
  • Is organised, proactive, and eager to learn

  • No previous experience required attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn matter most.
