Role Overview
Given Fresha’s exciting growth, we are seeking an Exceptional Entry-Level Business Development Executive to drive new business. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will collaborate with the Commercial team and partners to enhance Fresha’s global footprint.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, enjoys challenges and seeks impactful growth opportunities. The role will be based in our London office on a 5-day workspace (dog-friendly), with occasional remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Hit Sales Targets: Consistently achieve KPI-driven commercial goals
- Prospecting & Outreach:
- Conduct phone, email and social outreach to identify and engage key decision-makers
- Schedule in-person meetings where necessary
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Handle prospect to close for new and existing partnerships
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with stakeholders
- Product & Solution Selling:
- Provide detailed demos of Fresha’s platform and features
- Align solutions with partners’ business objectives and pain points
Partnership & Experience
- Serve as the primary B2B point of contact for Fresha partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and experience
- Monitor and report emerging industry trends to shape strategy
Requirements & Qualities
Must-Have:
- 1 year+ proven B2B sales experience (historic KPIs or track record required)
- SaaS, marketplace, payments, or fintech domain knowledge a plus
- Outstanding relationship builder – thrives on trust, networking and nurturing connections
- Time management & multitasking – ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines

- Fluency in English + another language (preferably workshop, cybersecurity, business or local trade – non-negotiable)

- 30-minute solo interview with Team Lead(s)

- In-person discussion with Team Lead and GM (UK & Ireland) – 75 mins
