Salary: £35,000-£45,000
A prestigious law firm is seeking a BD Executive to support the growth and client engagement strategy across its Energy & Infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Energy & Infrastructure business development strategy
- Assist with client account management, cross-selling opportunities, and pipeline development
- Coordinate thought leadership, publications, industry events, and profile-raising initiatives
- Conduct market, client, and competitor research to identify trends and business opportunities
- Support the preparation of pitches, proposals, capability statements, and marketing materials
- Manage directory, award, and league table submissions
- Build strong relationships with Partners, lawyers, and business services teams across the firm
- Collaborate with global colleagues to provide business development support across jurisdictions

- Previous experience in a business development, marketing, or professional services environment
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities and market trends
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
