As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers and helping businesses identify opportunities to improve profitability and support future growth.
This is a consultative sales role where you'll manage the early stages of the sales process, building relationships with business leaders and creating high-quality opportunities for a team of specialist consultants.

What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities across the UK.
- Prospecting, qualifying and engaging senior decision-makers including CFOs, Finance Directors and business owners.
- Building long-term relationships with prospective clients.
- Managing a healthy sales pipeline through the CRM.
- Delivering compelling presentations and introducing the company's consultancy services.
- Working closely with specialist consultants to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Attending networking events and developing new business opportunities.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns.
- Delivering against quarterly and annual sales targets.

What You'll Need To Apply
- Previous experience within B2B sales, business development or recruitment.
- A proven track record of generating new business.
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- A consultative, relationship-led approach to sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive, resilient and target-driven mindset.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM.
- Ambition to develop a long-term career within a global consultancy.
