A new opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Executive to join a leading name in the premium FMCG sector, partnering with some of the UK’s most recognisable retail brands.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing and growing a premium FMCG client portfolio across the Midlands and East Anglia regions.

- Account management (80%) and new business development (20%)
- Developing trusted partnerships with decision-makers including store managers to purchasing teams.
- Identify growth opportunities, implement effective sales strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
- Regular territory travel to maintain face-to-face relationships with existing clients.
- Developing new business opportunities within the geographical area.
Experience & Skills Needed
- Minimum two years' sales experience within the FMCG sector
- Proven track record in account management and business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach
- Able to build enduring relationships founded on trust and reliability.

- Basic salary £28k
- Uncapped commission, OTE £45k+
