Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual with an interest in B2B sales and customer relationship management. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business-to-business (B2B) leads for our training business. Working at the forefront of our commercial growth strategy, you will develop your network and work closely with businesses to identify their skills gaps and training requirements, converting new prospects into long-term partners.

You will be the first point of contact for potential business clients, understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can drive positive outcomes for the business and their employees. You will work as part of a dynamic customer acquisition team in a goal-oriented environment.

The Role

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Proactively identify and research potential clients, including private sector businesses and public sector organisations.
  • Utilise a multi-channel approach for outreach, including targeted emails, cold calling, social selling (especially LinkedIn), and networking at industry events.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to qualified opportunity, meticulously tracking all activity in our CRM system

Consultative Sales & Relationship Building

  • Conduct discovery calls and online demonstrations to understand the specific needs and pain points of prospective clients.
  • Articulate the value proposition of iungo’s training products in a compelling and consultative manner, aligning our products with their strategic goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR and Learning & Development Managers.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
