Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Braintree. The Business Development Executive will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Conduct lead generation activities through research, outreach, and networking
  • Present Foxway’s solutions to prospective customers
  • Prepare proposals and quotations
  • Negotiate terms to close deals
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Provide regular sales forecasting and performance reporting
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic growth

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to proactively identify, qualify, and convert opportunities
  • Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, support renewals, and drive long-term growth
  • Strong Communication skills to deliver clear presentations, conduct negotiations, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in B2B sales, technology or telecom solutions, or circular economy services is beneficial
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working with CRM tools is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Braintree, organize priorities in a fast-paced environment, and operate both independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is advantageous
