Skybound Wealth Management is a global financial advisory company with employees across the UK, USA, Switzerland, Cyprus, Spain, and Dubai. We provide tailored financial advice to international clients, supported by expert teams in wealth planning, tax, compliance, and operations.

About the Role

We’re looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals to join Skybound Wealth Management as Business Development Executives.

This is a trainee pathway into international wealth management, offering clear progression to becoming a Private Wealth Adviser.

The focus of the role is to:

  • Strategically identify and engage with high-net-worth expatriate clients globally
  • Introduce our service and connect them with our Private Wealth Advisers

Alongside your day-to-day work, the company will sponsor you to complete the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma. This support aims to progress you as a Private Wealth Adviser within 2–3 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching and identifying potential international clients
  • Contacting professionals via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Introducing Skybound’s wealth management proposition
  • Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Booking meetings for experienced Private Wealth Advisers
  • Building long-term professional relationships
  • Working towards industry qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Confident communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and proactivity
  • A proven track record in pro-active sales, recruitment, or business development is preferred
  • Ability to generate leads and strategically develop new business
  • Comfortable dealing with high-net-worth individuals
  • An interest in financial markets and current affairs
  • Experience navigating business sites (e.g., LinkedIn, company directories)

Key Benefits

  • Basic salary: £26,000, plus an uncapped commission structure
  • Annual OTE (Target Bonus): £40–£50k in Year 1
