About Us
We are a specialist sales consultancy providing outsourced lead generation and business development services to B2B software and technology companies across the UK, Europe, and North America. We help innovative technology businesses connect with the right decision-makers, generate qualified sales opportunities, and accelerate revenue growth.
We're looking for confident communicators who enjoy speaking to people, opening doors, and creating opportunities. If you're target-driven, enjoy building relationships, and want to develop a career in sales, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Lead Generation Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying prospective customers, reaching out to senior decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for our clients' sales teams. Your success will be measured by the quality and volume of meetings you generate, making you a key part of the sales process.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, outbound calling, and building rapport, without the responsibility of closing deals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
