Business Development Executive - 12-Month Placement (July 2026 – July 2027) Location: Nottingham Kick-start your career in sales and recruitment with a 12-month placement offering real responsibility, hands-on experience, and a genuine pathway to a permanent graduate role. Who We’re Looking For: We want driven, competitive, and ambitious individuals ready to build a career in recruitment sales. Ideal candidates: Studying a degree or higher education qualification. A sports background or a hobby you’ve excelled in (preferred but not essential) – we love competitive, high-achieving mindsets! Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not essential - full training provided! What You’ll Do As A Business Development Executive: Develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Engage with decision-makers across various industries. Place high-level candidates into niche markets in the US. Influence and support the hiring process. Learn and apply world-class sales techniques through our structured training programme. Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
