The Role: Public Sector Business Development – Europe

Your Mission

You’re the door-opener for TRM’s public sector business across Europe. This is a mission-driven role focused on building strategic relationships—not a traditional closing quota. While commissions are variable, they correlate with doors opened and opportunities generated. Your ability to connect TRM with決策-makers in government, regulators, and public-sector practitioners will define our regional success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Open Doors & BuildVisibility: Expand TRM’s footing into European government offices by leveraging an existing/because شبكة علاقات with senior officials in regulatory bodies and public sector agencies.

    • Prioritise multi-threaded penetration: Build trust across teams so TRM’s presence outlasts any single contact’s tenure.
  • Generate Opportunties: Prospect and qualify high-value public sector partnerships, identifying untapped potential where TRM can enter previously inaccessible markets.

  • Thought Leadership & Credibility: Represent TRM at conferences, government forums, and regulatory summits, establishing the company as a credible AI security leader in the region. You become the public face of TRM’s European public sector agenda.

  • Strategic Insights Loop: Convert hard-won discussions from stakeholders into open actionable feedback for TRM’s AI product roadmap.

    • Serve as an early-warning system: Identify emerging regulatory shifts or market technology trends ahead of competitors and share them with cross-functional TL.

Requirements: Criteria

Hard Requirements

  • Proven European Public Sector Network: Existing relationships with decision-makers in government offices, regulatory agencies, or public-sector tech procurement.
  • Willing to Travel: 30–40% of time enabling on-site meetings and forums.
  • Hosted AI Fluency: Concrete experience with AI tools for research, prospecting, and pipeline management (provide example during interview).
