About Us

We are a growing staffing agency that provides temporary workforce solutions to businesses across a range of industries. We partner with organisations that require reliable temporary staff and are committed to delivering a professional, responsive, and high-quality service.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and drive business growth.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients that require temporary staffing solutions. You will build relationships with businesses across a variety of sectors, understand their workforce requirements, and introduce our recruitment services.

This is a remote, part-time position offering flexible working hours. While the role is home-based, occasional client visits may be required to build relationships and secure new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach prospective clients through telephone, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings where appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Promote our temporary staffing solutions to businesses across various industries.
  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client staffing requirements are fulfilled.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and professional when engaging with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or account management is desirable but not essential.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are advantageous but not essential.

Probation Period
