As a Business Development Executive within our UK Supply Chain Division, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth by helping businesses gain SafeContractor accreditation, one of the UK's most recognised health and safety schemes. Working across both inbound and outbound channels, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships, uncover customer challenges, and close deals that make a real impact.

What that means day to day
- 📈 Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline through a combination of inbound enquiries and proactive outbound activity.
- 🎯 Conducting consultative discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and position SafeContractor as the solution.
- 💰 Converting prospects into customers by confidently guiding them through the sales process and closing opportunities.
- 📞 Managing prospect relationships and follow-up activity to maximise conversion rates and exceed revenue targets.
- 🤝 Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
- 🚀 Identifying cross-sell opportunities across our wider product portfolio to unlock additional revenue.
- 📊 Maintaining accurate CRM data to ensure strong pipeline visibility and forecasting.

What you’ll need to be successful
- ✅ A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- ✅ Experience in outbound B2B sales with a strong desire to win new business.
- ✅ Confidence leading consultative sales conversations and uncovering customer needs.
- ✅ The ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close.
- ✅ A resilient, ambitious, and self-motivated mindset with a genuine passion for sales success.
