About Us

Royale Tiles and Royale Kitchens & Joinery are growing names in the interiors and construction industry. We specialise in premium tiles, bespoke kitchens, joinery, and flooring solutions—offering high-quality, stylish, and tailored products to both residential and commercial clients.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development / Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, closing deals, and contributing to business growth.

You’ll be working across both brands, giving you the opportunity to sell a wide range of high-value products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and leads
  • Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and designers
  • Promote products from both Royale Tiles and Royale Kitchens & Joinery
  • Prepare quotes and follow up with clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Attend site visits or client meetings when required

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, retail sales, or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions
  • Experience in interiors, construction, kitchens, or tiles is beneficial (but not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
