Build a New Career in One of the World's Fastest-Growing Industries

The way people think about health, income, and career security is shifting. More professionals than ever are exploring flexible, scalable roles they can build alongside their existing careers β€” and preventative health is leading that shift.

We're partnered with a publicly listed Scandinavian life-science company operating in the preventative health and personalised wellness space β€” a sector seeing strong, sustained global growth. This is a chance for entrepreneurial-minded people to build their own self-employed business as an independent Business Developer, backed by structured mentorship and support.

About the Company

Our partner is an established Scandinavian health and wellness organisation focused on science-led, test-based nutrition and preventative health.

Key facts:

  • Operating in 54+ countries, shipping to 100+ markets
  • Over 20 years of research and product development
  • 1.8 million+ at-home wellness tests completed worldwide
  • Publicly listed on a European stock exchange
  • Strong year-on-year international growth, expanded through recent acquisitions
  • A blend of biotechnology, nutrition, digital tools, and direct-to-consumer education

The Opportunity

A self-employed, remote, commission-only role for people who want to build an active income stream with full flexibility β€” alongside their current career if they choose.

Core Duties:

  • Identify and engage potential customers (B2C) through direct outreach, referrals, and relationship-building, promoting science-led, test-based wellness products on a subscription basis
  • Develop B2B relationships with businesses, clinics, gyms, and wellness practitioners interested in offering these products or services to their own clients
  • Manage the full customer journey β€” from initial contact through to onboarding and ongoing subscription support β€” to build long-term, recurring client relationships
  • Represent the company's products and values professionally across all customer interactions
  • Take part in regular training and mentorship sessions to build product knowledge, sales skills, and business acumen
  • Track and manage your own pipeline, targets, and business development activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
