Founded in 2000, Healthxchange is the leading supplier of medical aesthetic products and services to professionals across the UK & Ireland. Healthxchange proudly partner with award-winning brands including Obagi Medical, Medik8, Jan Marini, and Jane Iredale to strategically commercialise their products in market. We currently supply over 9,000 clinics with a full range of products (Skincare, Injectables, Energy-based devices) and services (software & education) to support their 360 business needs. The company offers a dynamic environment for innovation and growth in the medical aesthetic space.
About the Role:
We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our successful Clever Beauty sales team. In this position your primary focus will be to increase sales and awareness of our key products through a collaborative and strategic approach. You will develop and maintain professional long-term client relationships within your given territory. To succeed in this role, you’ll require proven experience in business development within the aesthetics/skincare industry. Please note, this role will involve working remotely and also regular travel to client sites within the South East of England.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement activities within territory and accounts within agreed budgets and timescales, resulting in increased sales.
- Achieve targeted number of new business openings.
- Carry out appropriate customer/prospect contact to achieve agreed business aims and targets, whilst carefully managing personal time and productivity and leading to long term sustainable relationships.
- Maintain and develop sales with an emphasis on Medik8, Jane Iredale and Epictuis and other Healthxchange premium brands through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
- Use customer analysis to direct effort to deliver best return.
- Use relevant internal liaison to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to and follow up sales opportunities using appropriate and timely methods.
- Record, analyse, report, update and administer relevant systems and company information requirements.
- Implement marketing initiatives as requested.
- Be aware of competitor developments, activity and feedback relevant information to management.
- Attend and present at external and internal meetings as necessary to perform own duties and aid business development.
- Maintain high level of relevant knowledge, techniques and skills through self-learning & attending organised events.
- Routinely assess product knowledge and show improvement across the Skin Health portfolio.

About You
- Proven sales experience within the Aesthetic industry.
- Proven commercial account management experience
- High achiever with highest standard of self-driven worth ethic.
- Target driven personality with proven track record of achieving high targets.
- Good working knowledge of products and services of the company (developed through self-learning and training)
- High standards of customer service, sales skills and communication
- Able to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
- Strong IT skills, including to work with a CRM (Salesforce, training can be provided).
- Possess a valid driving licence and happy to travel regularly (car allowance is paid).
