We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing Business Development & Marketing team at Cripps.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a professional services environment who enjoys working across pitches, events, campaigns, market research, and strategic business development initiatives. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in helping our lawyers win new work, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth across the firm.
What you'll be doing

- Support the delivery of sector and practice business development plans
- Create compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations that help us win new business
- Develop marketing collateral, credentials, website content, and thought leadership materials
- Conduct market and client research to identify opportunities and trends
- Support the planning and delivery of client events and marketing campaigns
- Analyse business development activity, report on performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage and develop our CRM, pitch library, and business development resources
- Work closely with partners, lawyers, and the wider marketing team across the firm

We're looking for someone who has:
- At least 2 years' experience in a Business Development or Marketing role within a professional services firm (legal experience would be highly advantageous)
- Excellent written communication skills with experience producing high-quality pitches and business development content
- Strong commercial awareness and an interest in understanding clients and markets
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Experience using CRM and marketing technology (or the ability to learn quickly)
