Responsibilities include:

  • Selling delegate passes across a portfolio of international conferences and awards
  • Building relationships with senior professionals and maintaining a strong pipeline
  • Working towards weekly and monthly revenue targets in a high-activity sales environment
  • Collaborating with sponsorship, marketing and production teams to maximise event performance

Requirements include:

  • A degree (or equivalent) and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in B2B sales
  • Previous sales experience through internships, placements, university projects or part-time work is beneficial but not essential
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Motivated, proactive and target-driven mindset
