Business Development Executive
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 Base + Excellent OTE (Approx £80k+)
Our client, the UK’s leading Salesforce & HubSpot specialist recruitment agency, is currently hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition within the Tech/SaaS space.
About the Role
This is a pure logo-winning role—not a Recruitment Consultant role. The successful candidate will focus solely on identifying demand, converting prospects into clients, and generating long-term revenue. You’ll need to operate at pace and consistency, translating hiring signals into signed business weekly.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Generation
- Win new clients across SaaS & Tech markets
- Build and manage a consistent outbound pipeline
- Convert prospects into signed Terms of Business
Signals & Market Intelligence
- Collaborate with delivery teams to act on live hiring signals from candidates
- Proactively identify new business opportunities via LinkedIn and data tools
- Engage early and position the business ahead of competitors
Strategic Account Mapping
- Identify and map key managers and decision-makers
- Build relationships with CRM leaders (Salesforce, RevOps, Technology)
- Develop trust-based relationships that convert into partnerships

Commercial Ownership
- Conduct discovery calls and properly qualify opportunities
- Own and negotiate terms and agreements
- Manage the full sales cycle through to signed business
Performance Expectations
- Aim for a minimum of 2 new logos per week
- Generate a consistent pipeline with active outbound activity
- Achieve high conversion rates from opportunity → signed client → live roles
This role demands high performance and suits individuals comfortable operating at pace and measurable outputs.
Compensation & Incentives
- Bonus paid for every new logo won
- 10% of revenue from the first hire per client
- 5% of revenue from the second hire per client
