We take a consultative approach, working closely with partners to build sustainable, future-proof electrification strategies.
The Role
Off the back of strong growth in the UK, we're looking for a Business Development Executive to help us keep scaling. You'll identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a robust pipeline of prospects across the EV infrastructure market.

This is a hands-on, front-line sales role: researching the market, running outreach, preparing proposals, and presenting to prospective clients and partners. You'll manage and nurture accounts, work closely with internal teams to align our solutions with client needs, and track your performance against targets. You'll also represent Tellus Power Europe at industry events and contribute to shaping our wider sales strategy.
What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the EV infrastructure market
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from first contact through to close
- Conduct market research to spot trends, competitors, and new opportunities
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients and partners
- Manage and grow existing accounts, negotiating commercial terms where needed
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure solutions match client requirements
- Track and report on sales activity and performance against targets
- Represent Tellus Power Europe at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Contribute ideas and insight to help shape ongoing sales strategy

What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in new business development and lead generation, with demonstrated ability to build and grow a sales pipeline
- Strong account management skills, including client relationship management and commercial negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex technical solutions clearly to varied stakeholders
- B2B sales experience, ideally within EV infrastructure, renewable energy, or a related technology sector
- Self-starter who can prioritise effectively and hit targets in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and standard office software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required
