We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, energetic environment, surrounded by a supportive and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage potential clients via outbound calls and other communication channels to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
- Work closely with senior members of the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that consistently drive results.
- Attend client meetings and gain first-hand experience in the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
- Participate in structured training and development programmes to build knowledge, confidence, and expertise in both sales and the technology industry.

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset who thrives working independently as well as within a team.
- Interest in or knowledge of IT and telecommunications is a plus but not required.
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools, with a willingness to learn CRM systems and other new technologies quickly.
