Business Development Executive 📍 Maidstone, Kent (Hybrid) 💰 £32,000 - £38,000 + Uncapped Commission + Career Development

Start your sales career with a business that's changing the automotive industry.

We're looking for an ambitious, driven Business Development Executive to join a rapidly growing international organisation that works with some of the world's leading automotive manufacturers, suppliers and technology businesses.

If you're naturally competitive, enjoy speaking with people and love the idea of building relationships with global brands, we'd love to hear from you.

This isn't a call centre role and it isn't high-volume telesales.

You'll be introducing organisations to a globally recognised automotive network, helping them understand how corporate partnerships, sponsorship opportunities and industry events can support both their commercial goals and their people strategy.

The Role:

Working closely with the Founder and senior commercial team, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities across the UK and internationally.

Your day could include:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
