Business Development & Marketing Executive

London | Top City Law Firm

A leading law firm is looking for a driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to support a wide range of growth initiatives and help shape the firm’s future success.

This is a hands-on role with real exposure to partners and fee-earners, offering the chance to build deeper experience in winning new business and raising market profile.

What you’ll do

  • Support key BD and marketing projects across the firm
  • Get involved in pitches, events, campaigns and client initiatives
  • Help identify and progress new business opportunities
  • Work closely with partners on profile-raising and client development activity

About you

  • Around 2+ years in BD or marketing (ideally professional services)
  • Ambitious, career-minded and proactive
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Keen to learn, embrace technology and AI, and bring fresh ideas
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
