Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join Foxway and be part of a mission to make technology more sustainable through circular economy solutions!

As Business Development Executive, you will drive growth by building new business relationships and expanding existing accounts across computing, enterprise, and mobility technology. You will focus on identifying international opportunities, developing strong pipelines, and delivering profitable revenue.

What you will do:

  • Build new supplier relationships through networking, and industry events
  • Develop and grow relationships across manufacturers, resellers, integrators, and enterprise customers
  • Manage and maintain a strong purchasing pipeline to drive revenue and margin targets
  • Handle quotes, pricing, and sales processes in line with agreed service levels
  • Deliver profitable product and service sales to international customers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Services, Finance, Operations, Compliance)
  • Support RFI/RFP processes and develop tailored service offerings
  • Stay up to date with technology trends and market developments
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards

We believe you have:

  • 2–5 years of commercial experience in purchasing, procurement and/or B2B sales. Purchasing experience is preferred, while a strong sales background is also highly valued
  • Experience within ITAD or used hardware market
  • Proven track record in IT channel or services sales
  • Interest in enterprise, networking, and computing hardware
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Proficient in English, both written and speaking

Work Conditions

  • The role is preferably based at our Braintree, Essex office
  • Some local and international travel required
