Business Development Caller – (French, Italian & German speakers)
Our client is a leading global name in the office design and fit-out market. The business is looking for confident, driven Business Development Callers to join their sales team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a fluent French, Italian, or German speaker who wants to build a career in sales with genuinely stellar earning potential, six figures easily achievable for top performers.
About the role
The successful candidates will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective clients across French, Italian, or German-speaking markets, generating new business leads, and building strong, lasting relationships. This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment where hard work and results are recognized and celebrated.

Key responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients in French, Italian, and/or German-speaking territories
- Identifying new business opportunities and qualifying leads
- Building rapport and trust with prospective clients from the first conversation
- Working closely with the wider sales team to convert leads into long-term business relationships
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and pipeline activity on the CRM
- Consistently hitting and exceeding personal and team targets
What is being looked for
- Fluent (native or bilingual level) French, Italian, or German, spoken and ideally written
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- A genuine interest in sales and business development
- Resilience, positivity, and a strong work ethic
- Previous sales, telesales, or business development experience is a plus but not essential; attitude matters more than experience here
