The Role: Business Development Executive
With ambitious growth targets, we’re seeking a driven Business Development Executive to accelerate our customer base expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve new business sales targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Engage with key decision-makers, effectively communicating Reconomy Connect’s value proposition.
- Leverage internal CRM systems to manage data, track performance, and monitor conversion rates.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate mobilisation of new customer sites.
Working Arrangement: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week, Monday-Friday) based at The Tobacco Factory, Bristol (BS3 1TF).
What We Need
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Prior telesales or outbound sales experience, with confidence in proactive selling.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT proficiency, with numerical and literacy aptitude.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to grow new skills.
- Dependable, responsible, and self-driven.
- Reliable attendance and time management skills.
