What the Job Involves
In this independent yet highly supported role, you’ll be the CEO of your own territory, managing client relationships and driving sales:
- Field-based work (3 days a week):
- Visiting clients and delivering tailored product demonstrations
- Closing deals and delivering against targets
- Office-based support (2 days a week):
- Prospecting for new business opportunities
- Nurturing and building upon existing customer relationships with team alignment

- Intensive initial training to ensure full competency and confidence with our products and sales strategies.
- Continuous professional development, with a clear pathway for progression into senior positions.
The Application Process
There are five structured stages in our selection process:
- Apply on our official website
- Participate in a timed HireVue assessment and mechanical test
- Attend a virtual assessment centre with our Recruitment Team
- Complete an In-Person final stage interview with our Sales Managers
- Participate in a Joint Sales Visit (JSV), offering a first-hand glimpse of the field-based aspect of this role.
