Business Development Intern
Summer Internships – Sales, Marketing, & Business Development (Unpaid)
We’re hiring passionate summer interns across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development based in the UK and Singapore.
This is a short-term summer internship exclusively for current college students. It is unpaid—please Only apply if you are wholly comfortable with this commitment.

What You’ll Do
Work alongside senior leadership on real revenue and growth initiatives, including:

- Conducting market research globally
- Building prospect pipelines for key regions
- Designing and executing campaigns
- Assisting with client demos and their success
- Contributing to our go-to-market strategies across three continents
- No busywork—only high-impact tasks with visible outcomes
Interns will participate in strategic projects, drive measurable contributions, and gain real-world expertise in AI-driven recruitment tech.
Who You Are
We’re looking for curious, proactive students who:

- Business
- Marketing
- Communications
- Tech-related fields (e.g., Computer Science, Business Tech, Data Analysis)
- Or relevant disciplines
