Role Description
The Business Development Intern – Paid Internship is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for working from home. The intern will support business development activities by conducting market research, identifying prospective clients, and assisting with lead generation campaigns. Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, synthesize information, and draw clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to write clearly, present ideas concisely, and engage professionally with stakeholders.
- Lead generation skills, including prospect identification, basic CRM use, and support for outreach campaigns.
- Market research skills, such as gathering and organizing information on sectors, geographies, and potential clients.
- Customer service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to internal and external interactions.
- Relevant qualifications include progress toward or completion of a degree in economics, business, international relations, public policy, or a related field.
- Additional beneficial skills include proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), attention to detail, and an interest in government, investment, and economic development.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and adapt to a fast-paced, project-based setting.
