We are looking for an ambitious student who wants practical experience in startup sales, customer research, outreach and partnerships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Potential audiences may include consultants, agencies, creators, coaches, property professionals, hospitality businesses, fitness and wellness companies and other service businesses handling frequent enquiries or bookings.

We do not want generic mass outreach. Messages should show a clear understanding of the prospect and why Echo could be relevant.

Echo Ambassador Programme

Alongside the internship, you will be invited to join the Echo Ambassador Programme under a separate agreement.

As an Ambassador, you can:

  • Introduce Echo to suitable businesses and professionals
  • Use your personal referral link
  • Earn commission when an eligible referral becomes a paying customer
  • Test Echo’s Ambassador onboarding, tracking and resources
  • Give first-hand feedback on how the programme can be improved

Ambassador activity is separate from the unpaid internship. It has no fixed hours or mandatory targets and is governed by separate terms covering commission, attribution and payments.

Who we are looking for

This could suit a student studying business, marketing, sales, entrepreneurship, management or a related subject.

You should:

  • Be interested in AI, startups and business growth
  • Enjoy researching companies and understanding their needs
  • Communicate confidently and professionally
  • Be able to personalise outreach
  • Be organised with follow-ups and records
  • Show initiative and learn quickly
  • Be comfortable receiving feedback
