Vibe Jewellery is a jewellery business focused on offering excellent quality pieces at competitive prices. The company specializes in piercing jewellery while also providing a range of classic items such as rings, bracelets, and necklaces. Vibe Jewellery serves both wholesale clients, including piercing studios and jewellery stores, and retail customers purchasing directly. Team members work in an environment that blends fashion, quality, and customer service, supporting growth across multiple sales channels.
Role Description
The Business Development Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in Slough, with a combination of on-site work and some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in both wholesale and retail markets
- Generating and qualifying leads
- Developing relationships with piercing studios, jewellery stores, and other potential partners
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs
- Proposing suitable product and pricing solutions
- Contributing to business planning and sales strategies

The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams to align outreach efforts with marketing initiatives, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reports on market trends and customer feedback.

Qualifications
- Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with demonstrated ability to grow client portfolios.
- Consulting and Business Planning experience, including assessing client needs and shaping strategic sales initiatives.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Background in B2B sales, wholesale, or retail, ideally within jewellery, fashion, or related consumer goods.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup, with self-management skills and the ability to meet targets independently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office or similar software, and basic data analysis for reporting.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and represent the brand professionally at all times.
