- £500 per month retainer, rising to £1,000 per month following a 3 month review
- 30% recurring commission on revenue from every customer you sign, paid monthly for as long as the customer remains active
- Uncapped earnings: commission has no ceiling
- Equity participation available for the right candidate as the role develops
About PopupPal
PopupPal is a UK software platform for market, craft fair and event organisers. It manages stallholder applications, stall invoicing, ticketing and event day check in within a single system, replacing the spreadsheets and manual processes most organisers rely on today. The platform is live and in use by paying organisers.

We are now investing in dedicated sales leadership to bring PopupPal to organisers across the UK.
The role
You will own the full sales cycle, from first contact to live customer:
- Identify and approach organisers of markets, craft fairs, food festivals and similar events across the UK
- Book and run product demonstrations with organisers by phone and video call
- Close new business and guide new customers through onboarding
- Attend markets and events in person to build relationships and pipeline
- Draw on your existing network and reputation within the events industry to open doors
- Work directly with the founder, who owns product and technical delivery while you own sales
Requirements
- Direct experience of the UK markets and events industry: you have organised markets, fairs or events, or worked closely with those who do
- A working knowledge of the realities of the trade, including trader applications, pitch fees and event day operations
- Confidence running the full sales cycle: prospecting, demonstrating, negotiating and closing
- An existing network of contacts among organisers, traders or venues
- Self motivated and comfortable working independently on a results based package
- No technical background required
