@royall are partnering with a fast-growing, creative business that's looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Lead to drive new client acquisition and shape future growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager, New Business Manager or Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships, winning new business and developing strategic partnerships.
This is a consultative sales role where you'll identify and secure new opportunities, engage senior decision-makers and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximise growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to create compelling client propositions.
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
We're Looking for Someone with:
- Proven success in business development, sales or commercial leadership.
- Experience winning and growing new client relationships.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- The ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for delivering results.
