About Ballpark
At Ballpark, we're simplifying user research in a big way.
Since launching, we've grown from an ambitious startup into a platform trusted by teams at companies including Monzo, Vodafone, Sky, Shopify and Nord Security. As AI reshapes how software is built, we're seeing an increasing number of teams turn to Ballpark to validate ideas faster than ever before.
It's an exciting time to join. Product adoption is accelerating, our enterprise customer base continues to grow, and it couldn't be more important to spread awareness of what we're building and continue driving that growth.
The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Lead.
This is a role for someone who loves generating pipeline but also enjoys figuring out better ways to generate it.
You'll spend much of your time building relationships with prospective customers and creating opportunities for our Account Executives. But unlike a traditional BDR role, you'll also own the evolution of our outbound motion.
You'll experiment with AI-powered prospecting workflows, evaluate new tools, improve our messaging, optimise our processes and help define what modern outbound looks like at Ballpark.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
