Forty1 is the employee experience and internal communications consultancy within Inizio Engage XD. As we help our clients navigate an AI-driven world, we're expanding our presence across sectors including healthcare, technology, defence, manufacturing, and professional and financial services. This new role is central to helping us write that next chapter. You will report into the Chief Growth Officer of Inizio Engage XD and working directly with Forty1's Managing Director in the UK. This role can be fully remote. The Role We're looking for a Business Development Leader with a strong, active network in employee experience and internal communications. You'll open doors, build senior relationships, and turn conversations into high-value opportunities. You know how to shape early-stage challenges into clear briefs and move opportunities forward with pace and confidence. What will you do... Drive new business across priority sectors Leverage your existing network in employee communications/experience to generate opportunities Build relationships with senior HR, Internal Comms, Talent, and Transformation leaders Turn early conversations into defined briefs and commercial opportunities Partner with our internal teams to develop compelling proposals Maintain a strong pipeline and clear forecasting What do you need to have... Established network within employee experience and internal communications (essential) Proven business development and sales capability 5+ years' experience in employee brand/communication, culture, learning, or change Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders Strong commercial instincts and deal-shaping skills Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven mindset Just a few of our benefits...
