GemOne: Business Development Manager - IoT Solutions (EMEA Regional)
We’re GemOne, a fast-growing start-up within TVH, a global tech powerhouse. We pioneer cloud-based telematics solutions that combine intelligent hardware and software to monitor and optimize industrial fleets. Our mission is simple but impactful: we help businesses streamline operations, improve safety, and enhance efficiency—reducing costs while boosting performance.

About the Role
You’ll be the face of GemOne, taking ownership of demand generation, sales execution, and client relationships. Leverage your expertise to grow revenues by expanding our presence among industrial fleets, rental companies, and key stakeholders in the material handling and heavy industry sectors.
A mix of field-sales and strategic business development, this role demands initiative, resilience, and an ability to navigate both promising opportunities and complex challenges.

- Spearhead regional market analysis to identify commercial opportunities and formulate monetisation strategies.
- Secure customer visits (hybrid, in-person) while facilitating stakeholder engagement, demo presentations, and customised proposals.
- Lead deal creation from prospecting to closing, closely collaborating with GemOne sales and TVH counterparts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
