Hungry new business hunter required to target SME customers across the Bristol region – fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional who wants to progress.
Our client is a growing service-led organisation offering Facilities Management services including waste, cleaning, and other commercial solutions. This is a field-based new business role focused on identifying decision makers, opening doors, and winning SME customers. You will manage your own diary, build a strong pipeline, and drive revenue growth across the Bristol region.

The Role:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the SME market
- Research prospects and develop targeted outreach plans to generate leads
- Build relationships with new clients and develop tailored proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements in line with revenue and margin goals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and maintain accurate sales forecasts
Key Duties:
- Target SME businesses across the Bristol region
- Manage your own diary and field sales activity
- Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and performance reports
- Work closely with internal teams to support growth priorities
The Ideal Candidate:
- Located within 45 minutes of Bristol
- Proven new business sales or business development experience
- Hungry, determined, and confident in opening new doors
- Professional, hard-working, and self-motivated
- Ambitious with a genuine desire to progress
