Business Development Manager - German speaking
Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to represent a portfolio of luxury hotels across the Caribbean, Mexico and wider international destinations. Based in the UK and fluent in both English and German, you will build strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators and key trade partners across the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Poland. This is a remote role with frequent travel in Europe and occasional long haul trips.

- Grow trade relationships across UK/DACH/Poland
- Deliver engaging training (in person & virtual)
- Plan market visits, roadshows and partner meetings
- Drive engagement through incentives & rewards
- Lead sales campaigns with commercial & marketing teams
- Host FAM trips and trade events
- Support tour operators with training & promotions
- Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain CRM reporting and partner activity logs
Business Development Manager skills required:
- Fluent German & English
- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or hotel representation
- Confident presenter with strong relationship building skills
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel and CRM skills
- Existing trade relationships across UK/DACH/Poland (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
