Business Development Manager – SaaS Sales

📍 Hybrid – Farringdon, London [2 days in the office]
💰 Competitive base + Double OTE [Uncapped]

Do you thrive on taking deals from first contact through to close? Are you skilled at proactive outreach and confident managing a full sales cycle role?

This role owns the full 360 cycle targeting the UK agency market (PR, Marketing & Public Affairs agencies) — bringing in new clients through smart, targeted outreach, running sharp discovery, delivering tailored demos, and closing deals. It’s ideal for either a proven closer or a high-performing SDR/BDR who's had exposure of taking deals from end-to-end.

This is a role with real impact: sell a platform agencies use daily—your wins show up in usage, renewals, and case studies. If you've got the right attitude, there is a significant earning potential: generous commission scheme, accelerators, incentives, and clear targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
