Business Development Manager – £50K OTE

Hybrid or Remote | London HQ (2 days per month) Farringdon, London | Full‑time (35 hours)

If you’re a commercially sharp B2B salesperson who thrives on both strategic account growth and proactive new business development, this role gives you ownership of a high-value employer and education portfolio — plus the freedom to open new markets and build partnerships that directly drive revenue, membership growth, and learner numbers.

You’ll work with employers, universities, and training providers to position professional qualifications, training solutions, and membership products as answers to real workforce and development needs. It’s a role for someone who enjoys blending consultative selling, relationship building, and target-driven commercial delivery.

This position offers genuine flexibility: work hybrid (2–3 days a week on site) or fully remote with just two days per month in London for team collaboration and planning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
