Seamless sales onboarding process to ensure quick realisation of commission Responsibilities: Proactively source new sales opportunities through cold calls, targeted email campaigns, and professional Shopify ecosystem networks. Respond swiftly and effectively to incoming leads, product enquiries, and referrals, creating tailored proposals to address specific client needs. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and training sessions online. Leverage our extensive data lists to reach potential clients, driving significant commission opportunities. Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate closely with the CEO and broader team to develop and execute strategic business development plans, optimising processes and sales targets. Represent the company at industry events, online webinars, and Shopify partner conferences. Act as the bridge between our customers and product development, gathering client feedback to continually enhance our offerings. Consistently track and manage your sales pipeline in our CRM system, meeting defined KPIs and targets. Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the Shopify ecosystem or selling SaaS/apps. Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with retail clients, ideally with existing Shopify app selling experience. Self-driven and passionate with a hunter mentality; motivated to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to tailor pitches to various audiences. Previous experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales productivity tools. Fluent in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills essential. Comfortable and experienced working remotely with the flexibility to travel occasionally as required.
