Business Development Manager
About us
Aerivo provides software that supports the operational management of airports. Our Flightivity suite brings together core airport functions including resource management, operational databases, flight information display, and billing within a unified platform. With decades of industry heritage, our solutions are used by airports globally, from regional facilities to major international hubs.
Our heritage traces back to Ferranti, which introduced some of the first computer controlled flight information display systems in the 1970s. The business later evolved through Ultra Airport Systems and ADB SAFEGATE, expanding its capabilities and global presence while continuing to develop specialist airport operational software.
In 2026, Modaxo acquired the business and established Aerivo as a standalone brand. Today, we continue to build on decades of operational expertise, supporting airports globally with systems designed specifically for airport environments.
The role
The Business Development Manager is responsible for winning new business and driving sustainable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth across Europe and North America.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
