Business Development Manager
New Role Opportunity at Purezza
This newly created role within our dynamic and growing team offers a truly unique and exciting chance for an ambitious individual to help steer Purezza’s next phase of growth in the UK. We are seeking a candidate with a growth mindset and sharp commercial instincts.
You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate directly with some of the UK’s most respected and innovative hospitality leaders, assisting them in elevating guest experiences while significantly boosting their ESG performance and profitability.
Moreover, you will be instrumental in driving our North Star ambition: positioning Purezza as the premier service business in the UK.

We offer a fresh, sustainable alternative to bottled water by empowering venues to filter, chill, and serve premium still and sparkling water right on-site. Core Responsibilities

Drive Growth & Market Presence
- Own and drive new business development across the premium UK hospitality sector, with a core focus on London.
- Build, manage and convert a high-quality pipeline of premium prospects.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with owners, founders, and senior decision-makers.
- Deliver consultative, insight-led sales conversations focused on both commercial and ESG impact.

Champion the Purezza Brand
- Establish Purezza as the best-in-class service offering and category leader within premium hospitality.
- Actively network within the industry, attending key events and building brand presence.
- Represent Purezza with professionalism, confidence, and a deep understanding of our sustainability and service-led value proposition.

Collaborate & Contribute
- Work cross-functionally to support brand building, market strategy, and customer success.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Provide market insights to help shape product, marketing, and commercial strategy.

Essential
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in business development within hospitality or a related premium sector.
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Ability to thrive in a startup-style, fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with global hotel operators.
- A strong network within the UK hospitality industry.
- Experience selling a high-value brand (ideally food/drink).

- £45,000–£55,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- Commission + performance bonuses
- Hybrid working (3 days onsite/events, 2 days remote)
