Business Development Manager – Wireless CCTV
Location: Romford
Salary: £50,000 Basic (DoE) + unmatched OTE potential (up to £15,000 bonus + company car allowance)
About the Role
We’re seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager with a B2B hunter mindset to propel our Managed Services Sales division. You’ll drive revenue, secure new deals, and grow our client accounts across Eastern London, the Lower Thames Estuary, and Northwest Kent.
This fast-paced, high-impact role demands a target-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, negotiating deals, and closing opportunities swiftly. Due to the field-based nature of this role, candidates must reside in the target regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by prospecting leads, expanding CRM pipelines, and converting opportunities into revenue.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, uncovering upsell and repeat business opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle—managing first contact, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Respond swiftly to objections, deliver tailored solutions, and constantly manage your pipeline (e.g., CRM forecasts, activity tracking).

Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Field Sales - Business Development role within:
- Renting, hiring, leasing models, or high-volume, short-sales-cycles.
- Must demonstrate a track record of securing new business (candidate with a “hunter” mentality encouraged).
- Experience in manage a full commercial sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
- Background in B2B sales, ideally in security, construction, infrastructure, or utilities.
- Exceptional prospecting skills—cold outreach, referrals, networking, and self-generated lead pipelines.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions, with strong objection handling & negotiation competencies.
- Strong commercial acumen—focused on margin as well as revenue.
- Comfortable tailoring rental/long-term service solutions, not just sales transactions.
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining CRM accuracy.
