Full-cycle SaaS Sales & Compliance Automatization Specialist
About Us
We're a cybersecurity compliance startup based in Sunderland, building tools to automate the painful, expensive parts of compliance—such as ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, and SOC 2. Unlike competitors that only identify gaps, we fix them with a click and monitor them to ensure they stay resolved.
Founded in 2024, we’ve raised £2m+ and are scaling rapidly in a market projected to reach £16bn by 2029. Most businesses see compliance as a chore—we’re changing that by making it effortless.
The Opportunity
This is a full-cycle SaaS sales role—you own the entire process, from prospecting to closing.
What You’ll Do
- Build a pipeline from scratch – Outbound, inbound, events, networking.
- Run discovery calls & demos – Master the product inside out since you sell it.
- Close deals – Negotiate, handle objections, and secure signatures.
- Bridge sales & product – Feed direct market insights to shape our offerings.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
