Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager role focuses on driving new business for Peak Outsourcing International by cultivating and closing new client accounts. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through various channels (lead generation, cold calling, digital) to building strong relationships with senior management, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that maximize profitability. Ideal candidates will have a background in BPO sales, a strong competitive spirit, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the self-motivation to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Cultivating and closing new logos while developing strong relationships at the senior management level within your territory/vertical
- Solution selling by listening to and understanding pain points and providing solutions while promoting the company’s services and predicting/addressing clients’ business needs to grow and maximize profitability
- Introducing past relationships, you have formed within the BPO sector to introduce them to Peak Outsourcing International
- As a sales savvy professional, you will present, promote, and sell our services to prospective clients identified through lead generation, cold calling, and digital channels
- Must be comfortable with goal setting and meeting/exceeding these targets
- Develop growth strategies/vertical plans based upon financial growth and customer satisfaction
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Qualifications & Requirements

- Must have solid experience in sales in the BPO Industry
- With 3 years extensive experience or more in a sales and business development role
- With strong experience in closing sales with targeted prospects on clients
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Experience selling face to face/virtual with new business prospects
- Must be self-motivated, self-directed, and a self-starter with a competitive spirit and desire to succeed by meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication
- Must be adept at relationship building and demonstrate interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of CRM tools and Google applications is a plus
- Must be a resident from the United Kingdom
