Business Development Manager
Remote / Hybrid | UK Wide

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven background selling business mobile solutions. You'll take ownership of qualified opportunities, managing the sales process from initial discovery through to negotiation and close. Working with businesses of varying sizes, you'll conduct meetings over the phone, via Microsoft Teams and face-to-face where required, delivering tailored mobile solutions that genuinely add value. This is a remote role with travel to customer meetings and occasional visits to the office.

Responsibilities
- Managing warm, qualified sales opportunities from enquiry through to completion.
- Conducting detailed discovery meetings with prospective customers.
- Presenting tailored business mobile solutions over the phone, on Teams and in person.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Preparing commercial proposals and negotiating contracts.
- Managing your sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM.
- Consistently delivering and exceeding revenue targets.
Qualifications
This role requires someone who already understands the business mobile market. Please note: Experience selling Business Mobile solutions is essential for this position.
Required Skills
- Proven experience selling Business Mobile solutions into B2B organisations.
- A strong track record of closing new business.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and presentation skills.
- Confidence presenting solutions over the phone, via Teams and face-to-face.
- The ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer meetings.

Pay range and compensation package
- Up to £50,000 basic salary
- £5,000 car allowance
- Uncapped commission with realistic six-figure earning potential
- Qualified opportunities provided - no cold calling or lead generation
