We are in full growth mode. We're scaling fast, hiring Business Development Managers across the UK, Australia, and the US. This is not a slow-moving corporate environment. We move quickly, we hold ourselves accountable, and we expect the same from everyone who joins.

SASMAR is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our growth initiatives and enhance our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

You will play a critical role in the expansion of our product offerings, ensuring that SASMAR remains a leader in the fertility and personal care sectors. Your success will be measured through your ability to secure new partnerships, expand existing accounts, and develop compelling proposals for major retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders and prospective clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and inform business strategy
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients while ensuring profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product visibility and effectiveness in the market
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market competitors

Requirements

Who you are

You are an enthusiastic and strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development. We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the health, wellness, or consumer products sectors
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales pipelines
  • A strong work ethic with a focus on results and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
