Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to drive B2B revenue and market penetration in the market. There are multiple vacancies to be filled across (London, United Kingdom), and across multiple cities in (Germany). By managing elite OEM partnerships and scaling proprietary private label visibility. Operating within a strictly compliant environment, the position serves to anchor our client's market-leading atomization technology across primary commercial lines: British American Tobacco (BAT) OEM accounts, the Vaporesso consumer portfolio, and highly specialized medical and specialized heating components.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & OEM Operations (ToB)
- Manage the cornerstone BAT partnership, overseeing production lifecycles and alignment for the Vuse Alto Power Unit and its corresponding prefilled tobacco cartridges.
- Coordinate supply chains for auxiliary compliant setups including VuseGo, Vuse Ciro, and Vibe series.
- Integrate proprietary FEELM ceramic core technology into current and future OEM client designs to guarantee performance baselines.
Brand Strategy & Channel Expansion (Private Label)
- Scale retail and wholesale distribution for the closed-system Vaporesso product lines, targeting high-volume placement for the XROS (4, Mini) and DOJO series.
- Position and market advanced open systems—including the GEN, TARGET, and NRX high-capacity/oil-filled configurations—to technical trade buyers.
- Execute cross-merchandising strategies for the Deliciu oil formulation series alongside compatible open hardware.

Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B corporate sales, account management, or brand strategy within the electronic vaporization or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors.
- Deep structural understanding of British or German tobacco rules, with a specific focus and compliant with the regulatory bodies, and localized distribution boundaries.
- Technological fluency in product mechanics, including ceramic coil systems (FEELM), open/closed battery pods, and component-level heating mechanisms.
- Ability to orchestrate international business deals, serving as a reliable structural link between overseas R&D units and localized commercial entities.

- Strategic Versatility: Ability to effortlessly switch between managing established enterprise brands (Vuse) and launching nimble, proprietary consumer lineups (Vaporesso).
- Cross-Functional Navigation: Skillful alignment with specialized medical tech pipelines and pilot alternative heating platforms (HNB).
- Brand Ambassadorship: Polished communication capabilities suited for trade shows, public compliance inquiries, and high-level retail network pitches.

- Dual Track Focus: Candidates will be screened and assigned to one of two key focal tracks based on experience: Business Development Manager (focusing heavily on market metrics, revenue pipelines, and client logistics) or Brand Ambassador (focusing on market-facing activations, public relations, and retail community engagement).
- Strategic Significance: This role handles high-stakes assets that have successfully cleared all regulatory approval benchmarks, making a strict commitment to compliance.
